I’d encourage others to invest in PTA because the training is hands on and the trainers are invested in the student’s success. Before going to PTA I constantly was second guessing my work in the field and not very confident that I addressed all the problems or potential issues. At PTA, good technical knowledge is provided as well as real-life work scenarios.
I feel my confidence level was a 5 before PTA and now after my confidence level is an 8. I’m a higher revenue earner because I’m able to diagnose and fix equipment quicker, able to complete more jobs in a day, and able make better suggestions.
This training was a huge help. I have excelled in the knowledge of operations and also customer interaction because the confidence obtained during the training. I started off as a helper and now 6 months later I am on my own and doing my own calls. I highly recommend this training for not just beginner technicians but for all technicians.
My confidence level before the Perfect Technician Academy was non-existent. I had no experience or any type of knowledge before the classes.
Now after the training I feel there is no problem I won’t be able to solve.
I am a higher revenue earner for my company due to the knowledge that I gained from attending the academy. Also, in general, the training has allowed me to be more efficient each and every day at work. The repair curriculum is first rate. I’ve had very little trouble fixing the problems I have run into now that I’m back in the field.
