Student Grievances and Complaints

Complaints are defined as any student concern regarding the Perfect Technician Academy programs, services or staff. A student who has a concern about Perfect Technician Academy related issue is encouraged to schedule a conference with the Perfect Technician Academy Director to find resolution. If an issue is not resolved to a student’s satisfaction through this process, a formal written complaint may be submitted to the Director of the Perfect Technician Academy. An investigation will ensue and a written response will be provided to the student within ten business days after receipt of the student’s written complaint.

Please note that a conference is not required with the Director should you choose to file a written complaint.
