Grievance and Complaint Policy

This school has a Certificate of Approval from the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC).

Student’s must address their concerns about this school or any of its educational programs by following the grievance process outlined in the school’s catalog (See Our Student Grievances and Complaints Policy below). Schools are responsible for ensuring and that all students have received a copy of the school’s catalog. Schools are responsible for ensuring and documenting that all students have received a copy of the school’s grievance procedures and for describing these procedures in the school’s published catalog. If, as a student, you were not provided with this information, please inform school management.

Students dissatisfied with this school’s response to their complaint or who are not able to file a complaint with the school, can file a complaint with TWC, as well as with other relevant agencies or accreditors, if applicable.

Our Student Grievances and Complaints Policy

Complaints are defined as any student concern regarding the Perfect Technician Academy programs, services or staff. A student who has a concern about Perfect Technician Academy related issue is encouraged to schedule a conference with the Perfect Technician Academy Director to find resolution.

If an issue is not resolved to a student’s satisfaction through this process, a formal written complaint may be submitted to the Director of the Perfect Technician Academy. An investigation will ensue and a written response will be provided to the student within ten business days after receipt of the student’s written complaint.

Please note that a conference is not required with the Director should you choose to file a written complaint.
